April 10th Iris Folding tutorial

This is the best tutorial, I've found! Use the negative image cut out by your Cricut to make a template. You can make your pattern this way and the possibilities are endless! You can create a card, 3D image or a LO like I did!
As you can see the backside is quite messy! I chose a simple circle. I used a negative image of an image I cut out (directly on my designer paper) with my circle scissors So see you can use just about anything.

I used speciallty paper for mine but you can use anything that is thinner like origami paper or colored vellum or ect... Make sure when you fold your paper in half, the fold is toward your Iris which ends up being the middle of you image. I used letter stickers mounted on a scrap piece of card stock.
This is my nephew at his Senior Prom and it ended up being a quite LOVELY LO, when you turn it over!
